    Fondazione Carisbo and Genus Bononiae – Musei nella Città, in collaboration with ONO arte contemporanea, Ginzburg Fine Arts and Kai-Uwe Franz, are happy to present Astrid Kirchherr with the Beatles, a retrospective exhibition that follows the firsts years of the band The Beatles through  the photographs of Astrid Kirchherr which not only shot the band when it was still at an early stage but also influenced deeply their style, making it what we all know.

    On Tuesday 30, and Wednesday, 31 May, the documentary film by Maura Axelrod, Maurizio Cattelan: Be Right Back will be released in Italian cinemas. The film talks about one of the most ironic characters in the art of our time, interviewing curators, collectors, luminaries of the art world (and ex-girlfriends) about what makes the author of works like La nona ora (showing Pope John Paul II struck by a meteorite) and Him (showing Hitler as a schoolboy on his knees, intent on praying) so unique.

Until 30 April, fifteen black and white photographs illustrating the dialogue between the social and political fervour of New York of the ’60s and the artistic and nihilistic figure of Andy Warhol and exponents of the Factory will be on display.
