The prize FotoGrafia-Libro, aimed to photographic books published between the 1st of March 2008 and the 1st of March 2009, consists in the production of an exhibition during the next edition of the Festival, in 2010 (www.festivalfotografia.it)
The jury was composed by Melanie McWorther (Book division manager of photo-eye.com), Benedetta Cestelli Guidi (curator) Marta Daho (Talent Latent), Erik Kessels (publisher) and Michele Smargiassi (essayist and journalist at La Repubblica). The books have been evalued for their originality, concept, design, coherence between the photographic project and the editorial aspect.
