Luoghi d'esperienza (Sites of experience) marks Mauro Staccioli's extraordinary return to his hometown, after the exhibition Sculture in città (Sculptures in Town), in Volterra in 1972. The artist reinterprets Tuscan landscape through a group of grand environmental sculptures installed throughout the town and its territory, marking a course that blends and synthesizes art, history and culture.
